Shushu is a well-endowed young woman with short yellow hair with greenish tint and matching green eyes. She is often seen with a ribbon tied atop her hair in a manner where they stand up like bunny ears.

As a member of the 7th Unit, she is often seen wearing the Anti-Demon Corps' uniform, which consists of a sleeveless navy military tunic, long gloves that reach up past her elbow, a red belt, shorts, high-heel boots that reach the middle of her shins.

Unlike a majority of her squad, Shushu is a cheerful and nonchalant girl, often displaying both a cheerful and nonchalant mindset almost all the time. Having lived a mundane life, Shushu craved excitement, choosing to join the Anti-Demon Corp solely for stimuli. But she can be easily provoked. Shushu is also rather innocent and very curious about everything, she likes to be active such as wanting to see a man's naked form out of curiosity.

Shushu comes from a mediocre family and never knew about her father. Being the youngest of three sisters, she seems to be the most spoiled among them. She attended Bentenjima Girls' High School without being in contact with another male. At some point, she ate a Mato Fruit and joined the Anti-Demon Corps in search of some stimulus and to earn enough money for a living.
